I like this one a lot...

It's simple and clean like my own portfolio and well, maybe the design for my new website

How it works: when you press one of the bars the other 3 bars will disappear and the one you pressed moves to the top - this will be automatically the button back to the navigation (start screen).

I've seen this effect often at different templates and web sites and so it inspired me
